Why did you need to cut in the first place? From what I understood, you weren't a big build anyway, you started from slim and have been working up.Jaekus wrote:

I don't get all this bulking malarky, that just for people who want to get big quick, why not make it a lifestyle instead of something you want in a few months time?
I've been at it for a long time now and it means i'm conditioned to it, my size doesn't fade quick and it's far more healthier in the long run. My workout is mixed in with a lot of other leisurly things, walking, running and being generally very active.
