i think that was his point - they are booking 100 hours but only getting paid for four days of work (I'm assuming that to be 4 - 8 hour days). So 32 hours paid for 100 hours of work

They are at work for 4 days for 8 hours a day. 32 hours at work. They do enough work in that time frame though that they get paid as if they were there for a 100 hours.
Starting salary is 23-27 dollars for full time depending on your experience and certification. My old boss who runs the place showed me the time sheets of the workers employed and both of the team leaders (there are two teams) are making over a 100 hours a week. 200+ hours at $23 for having to be there a total of 8 days is?
Good money but make no mistake the job is hard and sucks in so many fucking ways.
