Yes, that's right; I don't eat meat any more. Fish, yes; meat, no.
But Fish has meat.  And fish is often farm raised here (don't know about the UK).  Atlantic Salmon are farm-raised, dyed pink, and lack beneficial elements like OMEGA-3s that fresh fish have.

I agree in principal to the questions regarding processing, treatment, and viability of agribusiness, but that doesn't stop me from buying organic, locally raised and humanely butchered (oxymoron?) meat.

I went to a posh restaurant once, and paid $30 for a steak, it was the best steak I've ever had, it was so thick, no bone and marinated in some tasty shit.

Anyone been to Prime Quarter restaurant?  You can pick your cut and they have massive grills where you can grill your own while grilling texas toast. Ooooh so goood.

Never heard of it, but that sounds great.  It's like the reverse of a Teppan Grill.   Do they give you the option to grill veggies like potatos or corn on the cob?

Never asked if I can grill other stuff.  Unlimited salad bar and baked potato, plus your pick of cut for $15.  Love the place.

Bein' a butcher I'd say you gotta pour on the Jack or SoCo on top of a 24 oz. top sirloin mmmmmm. But perppercorn is very leet as well.
