I downloaded POE2 5 times with no success of it installing, you should use WinRAR when downloading the 1.03GB file
my suggestions are as follows
DONT download from: Hypernia, BF2s.com
use WinRAR to extract the files
Download from
www.fileplanet.com look for the file under MODS tab near the top (might be slow but the files are good, no errors in them
the problem I had was that the Files in the zipped folder were either DAMAGED, or CORRUPT, these were the cases when I downloaded from Hypernia and BF2s.com, so go to fileplanet.com and get it there
once I got mine from fileplanet it installed like a beaut
BTW fileplanet will require you to download and install a "Fileplanet Downloader" or something named similar (I forget the name because I uninstalled right after getting the file for POE2, oh well thats not true, I downloaded the 1.1.5 patch from the same place so do that before you uninstall the downloader)
