BF2S Forums Updated but still have older version error

I have updated to version 1.4 (client) but I am still getting an error saying I'm running an older version.  I haven't found one newer than 1.4, but is there one? I've been out for about 6 month or better.  Will it allow to patch to newer versions without updating from previous ones?  What would cause the problem, assuming there isn't a patch newer than 1.4?
