I have searched, but nothing. I was promoted to Master Sergeant a couple months ago. The promotion bar is still all white. I got all my basic awards and the bar is still white. I am at 36,000 some points right now. Shouldn't it switch me to 1sgt? Do you guys think I will get promoted at 50,000? My buddy who is the same rank has the same problem.

You will get Major in a while, but you will never get 1st Seargent, because it's too late.
you can't get FS anymore, if you have all badges for SM then you will be SM @ 50,000
till then you're stuck with MS.
