cant walk forward run or drive more than a few paces when i stop and have to keep tapping the forward key anyone got a clue as to what might fix this prob????

More exercise obviouly your soldier is unfit......get with the program soldier
I'd guess you have inadvertently activated handicap aid. Or you have catspaw or some other keyboard "intrusion" software running. You may also have sticky keys activated in your windows.
Also check your bios settings for the keyboard. typematic settings (repeat and shit like that)
