Bios should auto detect - so just put them in and go!

As for the Arctic Coolers - I don't know but are you having heat problems with your cards?
If yes - you may have other problems like overall case cooling
If no - why spend the $ (overclocking?)

Dual Channel is simple ram slots should be 2 different colours... put ur 2 sticks in the same colour and change ur bios settings to auto detect if u changed them too no...

yep, look for the colors. i fried my last mobo because it didnt' have different colors on the slots and i did not have the layout for the computer. usually, it's 1&3 / 2&4. i just put in another gig of ram in slots 2 & 4, but it all depends on your mobo and bios. if it's a newer mobo, chances are it's already set to auto detect/or colored for dual channel.

Just Check you manual.

My last system it was slots 1&3, 2&4 -- this new board is 1&2, 3&4. It doesn't fall to a standard, so check the manual. If you can't find it, hit up the manufactures website and download the manual as a PDF.
