I like that fact that the POE2 maps arent mostly city based but that is my opinion. Yeah adding Mogadishu would be cool but they would have to make an American team to go with the map, the Ukranian team doesnt need to be changed too much besides removing the VEPR as the assault weapon and swap it with an AK-47 with a grenade launcher and maybe change the spec op kit a little but it would be a very good map.DirtyMexican wrote:
I stopped playing poe2 due to allot of the maps arent really city related. If they where to add the blackhawk down city Id play that everyday.
Chill, thanks for adding to the discussion rather than flaming me.Plisken wrote:
Yeah the accuracy while moving has almost been confirmed by other players who use this forum, and I believe that accuracy while kneeling has been increased to make it more attractable than proning all the time to get the shots on target.
Everyone has their opinion, I prefer the more tactical POE2 to the n00biness/hacking/stat padding that occurs more frequently in BF2 vanilla.
To answer your question, they "drop like stones" because they are more like tank shells with the initial momentum being the only power they have and not being able to be wire-guided, unlike the SRAW/Eryx in BF2.
In POE2 the tanks have strong armour on the front but the sides it is less and there is a critical point which makes the tank flame, and a second round will destroy it, on the back of the tank. If it took more than 5 shots there was an engineer/supply crate in/nearby healing the tank because the tank can take 5 shots maximum without exploding if no-one repairs it.Natte wrote:
P.S. There is one thing I don´t like about POE2, the tanks health and fire. I know that the tank front armour is strong, but it shouldn´t take 4-7 sabot rounds to kill it...
