Will POE still run when 1.4 is out,do we have to de-install POE before installing 1.4 or can you just install over it without any problems?

i have a feeling that the POE people will need to make a hotfix to make sure that POE functions properly with 1.4. same thing happened with OPK when 1.3 came out i think (OPK people had to make a hotfix)Mj.Blindfisch wrote:

SO if 1.4 comes out and we play PoE2 we shouldn't Dl'ed it? Or will we be ok to dl'ed it?
if you play POE2 - fell free to dl the patch - just do one of the follwing
dont install and wait till the poe2 team has brought out a hotfix- expect same day.

i am choosing "play 1.4 until poe2 is patched" in order to see if 1.4 actually does good stuff. Either way, I likes me some poe2.
I'm copying my bf2 folder, then I've got my options open if PoE doesn't work. Also means I can try the incremental without having to go all the way back to 1.0 if it turns out that it's not as good as the full like last time.

We reccomend that people who wish to continue playing poe2 NOT patch to 1.4 until we can confirm 100% compatibility with the new patch.

I'm gonna wait until POE works with 1.4. I've beta tested 1.4 and its quite crap, infantry sux and there aren't any real fixes.
