I can't be sure, but I think it's an inert operation of your weapon's scope. I haven't confirmed this, but I think it's always on... you just have to be scoped in.

no it looks like the active camo control with a different screen and you can press the button but i dont know how you would use it.
it's automatic.... if you look at your mini-map you will that you have a "beam" and they show up there...
im not talking about that drone. its called the dystek
