Just a heads up for those whom are concerned about stats, I personally play for the fun of the game, and the win ; dont care to much about kill ratio; CP captured and shiny digital medals .....but i know there are millions whom do so

Yep, Antik servers have a private ranking system, so if you want stats and are in Europe head over there.

I did hear about some ranked POE2 servers so far when I set my filters to ranked it only comes up with one server and its always full ofcourse. My question is if its ranked should we expect to get medals and badges specially for POE or itll will just add to our current scores and ranks

Those are not real ranked servers, they are either using the 'rank hack' (to appear ranked) or use a private ranking system like the Antik servers.
