Downloaded it from fileplanet recently It's interesting, but for three flaws:
1. Hardly anybody has the demo yet, so servers are few (half seem to be French) and are laggy.
2. Getting disconnected from a server due to timeout will prevent you from joining any game servers for some time after. An extremely annoying game-stopping bug. I assume whatever front-end they're using for hosting assumes that you're still playing on a server, and blocks authorization. (update: seems to apply to getting kicked for ping too, which puts a damper on my play until some better servers come up)
3. You cannot sort through servers, which will likely become irritating when more people download this thing.
It's a Counterstrike style, but not as smooth. The geometric detail that made the single player demo stand out so much has been sacrificed for performance. If I could play it more without having to wait for god knows how long to rejoin after a timeout, it might grow on me. It's already sort of addicting.
