I have never heard of "Power over Ethernet"... Soo... Yeah, blame it on being from a very, very remote area (I get a ping of 70 on Aussie servers... with a 1.5mb connection) and being a little younger than many here. 16 years old and not exactly hugely knowledgeable on the topic of computer games.
