I have a question.. If a person reserves a account for 2142(veterans program). Will it say on 2142 who's BF2 account was used to reserve that 2142 account?

all you do is reserve your name. I think the special "i had BF2" message has been dropped
When you got to the veterans program you also get an instant rank up right when you get bf2142.
