you can easily see that the handwriting matches...
seriously though, i dunno what the problem could be, the specs look pretty damn decent
maybe an out of date or corrupted driver? or perhaps DirectX needs a reinstall?

well, i suggested checking video/sound drivers and reinstalling Direct X
i was ignored
