My FPS, thats it. I get SO LOW Fps, it's depressing. I really can't do shit. I get about 10-20 fps or 25 fps HIGHEST. This game looks GREAT, I would really REALLY love to play this game. I've ended every computer process except 2142. Even explorer.exe. Still terrible. I'm WAY too poor to upgrade, no one around here hires at 15. (and 3/4ths, not that it matters) Any suggestions. THAT DO NOT INVOLVE BUYING ANYTHING. Or...donations mayhaps

Hrmm... yes, Fraps works quite well for FPS.... You said you have ended all of the processes? Try this: (NOTE: I am NOT responsible if this messes up/destabilizes your comp!) Right click on the 2142 processes, and go to "Set Priority". Select Above Normal or High. Not Realtime. Trust me on that one. It diverts most of the CPU to 2142 and nothing else works very well. Above normal diverts a little higher than normal attention to 2142, and High diverts a bit more that Above Normal. If you decide to do this, make sure you also up the priority on your mouse drivers, especially if you go against my advice and go to Realtime. Now, this may not have anything to do with the GFX card, but every bit helps, no? One more thing, also a bit unorthodox: Have you tried Overclocking your GFX card? Yes, I may be bad for it, but, really, you need a better one anyways if you plan on playing modern games on adequate settings, no offense intended.
