So who is downloading it now? Now that i has been released i wonder if i will like it as much as bf2 or if the game play is any good, i got another 2hours left on this download

Anyway if you want to download it from a reliable place and not get 1kb/s like i do from the serria ftp file server then you can download it here im downloading at 800kb/s now and ill post some screenies of in game footage when i instal it.

I dont think how ever it will be any better than bf2, but hey ill find out soon enough

I didn't like the gameplay in FEAR.
Instant heal medpacks killed the multiplayer for me. Everyone walks around mashing 'z' (or whatever the medpack button is) and becomes unkillable, unless hit with the laser rifle, which is a 1 hit kill.

I played the F.E.A.R multiplayer back in demo stages (and via a bit of torrentyness) wasn't all that impressive, but if they've made a few improvements it could be alright.

I try to open the file and it does nothing.. it hangs up.

Already have the full game. Multiplay didn't do much for me, but singleplay could be scary as hell around midnight with no lights on.

I hit a few FEAR sites to see what the regs thought about all this. Half are overjoyed at the prospects of fresh noob meat to kill and the other half are pissed as hell about all the noobness about to be unleashed. Just goes to show, you can never please 'em all.....

As for me, I couldnt stand FEAR MP (I'd put it right down there with Far Cry MP). SP was very good though.
