God damnit. I ordered a 7900 gt and 2gb of patriot ddr2 pc2 6400 ram on sunday night, newegg, being the kickass company that they are shipped it out monday morning. I ordered 2 day UPS. I already have my motherboard and processor and everything and i'm just waiting for this.

So i've been listening for the loud grumble of a delivery truck and I hear it. I get that rush of excitement knowing that my stuffs coming... and its fucking fedex....

so while i'm waiting i decided to start a poll.

who do you use?

I was only going to school and playing hockey up there. I'm originally from Chicago and I'm back here now. In a year I'll be from California.

UPS are the 'Shit'. They look the best as well, Vans are always clean, well presented Staff. (not sure about in the States, but they are in the UK)

I had some stuff delivered ups one time and i got the girl next door package and she got the person next doors package and that person recieved my package. Meanwhile I am pulling my hair out because the package was 3700+ I had been waiting on for a week. Pity the girl next door was hot and the package was not any sexy lingerie or anything like that.

I prefer FedEx. When my orders came from Newegg, I always got better delivery times. I've also noticed that packages that arrive via FedEx tend to be in better shape than those delivered by UPS.

I used to load and unload trucks at a UPS hub. It can get pretty ugly in there when they expect one guy to load a full trailer in just over an hour (probably just as crazy at Fed Ex but I've never seen it at least). Needless to say, I use Fed Ex when shipping fragile items. They charge a bit more, but I dont want my items exposed to the kind of abuse I've seen in a UPS facility. Besides, UPS were easily the biggest pricks I've ever worked for.

I always used UPS then I started ordering items from Newegg a few years ago and got it shiped Fedex. I have seen the light. Fedex always.

ok i cant speak for DHL. never had anything deilivred by them. but i see them around, there vans are dirty..the workers look like ex cons.

i think mostly buisness uses them anyway

UPS has gone down hill in the last few years. ive had nothing but problems. luckily no packages to the wrong place.

i mean its hit or miss with them

Fedex is the best overall i would say. they are prompt. dont damage packages

most of my u ps woes have been damaged goods on 3 occasions, but i was always too lazy to report it. so the company just ate the cost who i ordered it from

in all honesty if u are mailing a package to someone. use neither fed ex or UPS though

just go with the postal servrice. its alot cheaper

UPS without a doubt. Two weeks ago a I ordered a new bass and got the standard 5 day shipping from Fedex. After 8 days and no bass I checked the online tracking thing and it told me it had been on the truck for delivery for 4 days, but hadn't been because they had the wrong address. Catch was, they had the RIGHT address. So I had to drive 45 minutes to an address that didn't exsist (customer service gave me the address to a school and construction site) then wander for 30 minutes before I found the building and got my damn guitar. UPS on the other hand delivered a CD to me in 2 days on standard free shipping.
