Hello, does anybody know how to change the controller configuration in game options to allow me to use my joystick to fly aircraft?  (I.E axis etc)

I have tried to do it for a long time to no avail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

go to options, then controls, then aircraft.
click on what fucntion you want to change the default ones to, and when its hightlighted, preform the joystick action you want to carry out that procedure
and um, make sure your joystick is connected to your computer BEFORE bf2 is started or it wont work in the game.  so, dont try to plug it in when your already in bf2

And if you've got a wireless joystick, you might have to remove and then replace the battery to make it work.  I get that

Hi, I gave it a go before and it allows me to fly the aircraft using the joystick.  However, I can't use my throttle on my joystick to control power as it says that it is a duplicate action.

If you can help solve this, it would be very greatly appreciated.
