Mine would have to be Bahamut, i love the fight between him and alexander in IX...

in terms of usefulness.. Pheonix wins hands down..

effects.. Alexander wins no matter what game (FF-VIII onwards)

but Bahamut the dragon king wins it for me

i dont think bahamut looked that great in advent children compared to others, he kinda looked a bit like neo-bahamut from XII, but he looks best in IX

the bahamut from Advent Children was modelled on the one from Final Fantasy X

I voted for Kotr, naturally.  I couldn't help but notice you left Hades out of the list...tsk tsk, shame!
Hades was awesome in FF7 because you could like it with an Added Effect materia on your weapon and have all sorts of fun during battles.

Knights of the Round paired with 2x- or 4x-Cast Materia and enough Ether to go around = death of Sephiroth and Final Jenova and plenty of time to make a sandwich.  Knights FTW!

lol when you're level 100.. you can just about defeat Final Jenova and Sephiroth in one round of standard attacks

I always did way more damage with Omnislash then I ever did with Knights of Round.
And Knights of Round just took way too long to finish the animation, I'm too lazy for that.

Bahamut is my favourite summon, although it's not really the most powerful, I just like how it looks.
