What is the point of: Non-alcoholic beer?

Today at work I stocked O'Douls non-alcoholic beer. At first I didn't think about it, then I realized the absurdity of it. What is the point of non alcoholic beer? I figured there were three kinds of people in mind when they made this:

A. 12 year olds
B. curious Mormons/Muslims
C. Designated drivers (so they dont feel left out)

To me alcohol is the potency behind beer. Without it just seems, well, weak. Kinda like having a race car that can only go 25 mph.

Maybe some people ACTUALLY like the beer TASTE. Or maybe they think it makes them look cool drinkin 'beer'. Do you have to be 21 to buy it? haha!

Agreed. there is no real point to non alcoholic beer, if you are a designated driver have a coke/juice at it least it has more flavour

Someone should test it out. Next time you go to a party...or play poker with the boys....bring a 12pack of non-alcoholic beer. I just want to see what kind of reaction it would get.

Hahaha if it was me I would get kicked out of the party and forced to drink all my non-alcoholic beer on my own. My grandpa drinks that shit tho... nasty. Bud Light all the way!

theres nothing wrong with commanding and fighting, unless you suck balls at it. It is possible, and can be very valuable to the team since the commander has the eye-in-the-sky. Go lay down.

sorry bud but on a 64 player karkand commanding and fighting is wrong. your team constantly needs your support and that cant be done while he is noobing out trying to kill people. all he is doing is hurting his team and his score, not helping it.

agreed, on 64 maps. The only fighting the commander should be doing is killing any intruders on that one flag.

However... 16 player maps... different story.

me and my buddy once had a curiousty hair. so we bought 2 12 packs of the stuff

after about 13 of them i had a slight buzz, nothing crazy

i mean we were really case racin these things. i think i pissed about 15 times. and drank the 12er in about 2 hours or so

it has 0.5 %

so technically you can catch a slight buzz

and i mean it's slight

your stomach will hate you more then anything

the thing is, non-alcoholic beer doesnt taste like the proper thing, alot of the taste itself is in the alcohol and they cant artificially reproduce that unique taste without using alcohol.

ive tried it and i dont like it. a good beer should be around 5% alcohol or it aint worth drinking!
