So, if the guy standing next to me threatens to kills someone, the police are entitled to shoot me?

Horrible analogy you have there. Its more like a guy kills a police officer. Then you let that guy hide in your house while he continues to fire at the police outside while you refuse to take any action such as allowing the police to come inside and secure the area.

What about the guy next door who has nothing to do with any of it? Because your neighbour is a terrorist, you should get bombed to shit to?

Your anology is just like his previous one. Please read what we are saying before you try and debate.

The Israelis never asked to come in and help, the Lebanese government didn't "let" Hizballah in, and the police would have to have first beaten the crap out of the guy (see occupation of Lebanon).

No it isn't.  Why?

1)  In his, the occupant decides to shelter a murderer (who has killed for no reason) becuase they feel like it.  Lebanon, however, was occupied by Israel, which is when Hizballah was created

2)  I've not heard Israel ask the Lebanese to let them come in and sort it out.  Even if they had, Lebanon has every reason to deem it suspicious: Israel are highly militarised, and not necessarily the most open and honest nation on Earth.

3)  There would have to be a multitude of occupants, who had little ability to stop the offender: most Lebanese are unarmed, and unable to take on a terrorist organisation.

1. Israel pulled out over five years ago, yet you think that gives Hezbollah a right to still take action and disturb the peace.

2. Israel has asked Lebanon to send in their millitary and secure their own territory. They are now threatening to join sides with Hezbollah.

3. Lebanon's army would be the ones fighting the terrorists, not civilians.

1)  Yes, but that grievance is what prompted the creation of Hizballah

2)  Yet in your analogy you use police, whose job it is to go in.  Regardless, the Lebanese military probably couldn't do much, and sending the order might lead to the military turning on the government.

3)  Yes, but Lebanese civilians are the ones being killed by Israel.

130,000 land mines left in Southern Lebanon by Israel is the conservative estimate.  I've seen other claims of up to 400,000.
