Four presidents get swept up in a tornado and come down in the Land of Oz. They stumble around until coming to the Emerald City where they meet the Wizard himself.
The Wizard's booming voice calls out, "What do you want?"
Jimmy Carter steps forward and meekly says "I'd like some courage."
"DONE!" responds the Wizard. "How about you?"
Richard Nixon says "I need a heart."
"Fine. And you?" says the Wizard.
George W. Bush thinks for a minute and says "The American people say I need a brain."
"Very well," the Wizard replies. Then he notices a fourth president wandering around and looking into things. "What do YOU want?" shouts the Wizard.
"Is Dorothy here?" replies Bill Clinton.
