AF killing my stats...

I just got AF two days ago on a whim. It made me realize how much I rely on my knowledge of maps, layouts, and typical tactics to score my points. I know how to play on Karkand, Sharqi, Clean sweep. I know the typical sniper nests and the best vantage points. But I still haven't gotten that for the AF maps, so my scores have been suffering.

Oh, and AF made me realize just how douchey players can be in general. I got kicked from a server once because a FULL FAV crashed into my A-10 during take-off, resulting in -4 for total team damage, -4 for each of the 3 passengers, for a grand total of -16 to start off my round... Then, they all punished which resulted in a kick for me.

*sigh* Sometimes I wish that servers require some semblance of an IQ test to let you play.

He was in the A-10 and the FAV(jeep i believe) was full

Passengers in the FAV gave me teamkills. -_-

As for IQ testing, it wouldn't be too hard. I think basic stuff like:

A Cat goes :
a) Meow
b) Woof
c) Splash
d) Moo

Would weed out quite a few douches.

Yeah easy questions like that,to simple really it's splash but some just won't get it.

Actually in this psychology class I audited they were talking about simple questions like this, some serial killers w/ serious mental issues would actually say "Splash, that's the sound they make when I toss kitty in the pool." and shit like that.

I made a thread about this very thing several weeks before AF was released. I said that people will try the maps for a few days then go back to their favorite Karkand 24/7 servers because they can't get as many points without "whoring vehicles" (who would ever do that!!) and don't know the maps as well as the ones they have been playing on for a year straight.

Even the with the amount of douches out there most likely most will guess and pass... So hey like i took and IQ test when i was like 12 and got 135 so you can guess and guess right.... It would weed out the really really stupid ones

Ah, but people who bought it on release day, and who've been playing it non-stop since, they've all worked out where to camp, and spawn-rape, stats pad etc. So it's really if you can be bothered to put the hours in to learn (And eventually, get the NAS Ribbon), which they so obviously have. Btw, did anyone else get killed within 2 minutes of spawning on the map for the first time by a camping sniper? Would like to know....
