Oh btw, if you don't mind possibly harsh reviews, sign up at Garageband.com and get reviewed there. You need to write 15 reviews first though, but it's interesting and you get to hear all sorts of new music. My band and my solo stuff is up there. You can spend lots of time browsing really good music by budding artists and crap.
