I guess that I'd ask the person in charge of watching them what the hell they were thinking by letting them alone. Unfortunately it seems that modern day parents tend to think that the TV is a baby sitter instead of actually having to watch them. My .02, if a parent isn't mature enough to care for them, perhaps they shouldn't have had them in the first place.
