My favorite character is Lister (it's the slob + rebel in me lol) but I think Kryten is the best for laughs followed closely by Rimmer, Unfortunatley I think as the series progressed the cat became a very shallow character with no depth to him, the only laughs from him are remarks about Rimmer and endless jokes about clothing which are pretty lame. Norman Lovett was by far the better Holly (whats happening dudes). I don't really have a best episode love them all.

It's bad, and not in the good sense. They take a load of good jokes from Red Dwarf and deliver them seriously poorly. Bad comedic acting, bad directing, bad everything. Robert Llewellyn is in it as Kryten though, which is the only plus to it.
Since people are quoting Dwarf I may as well join in with some space corps directives:

Not a fan of Kryten at all. Rimmer is the funniest, hands down. Agree about the Cat becoming less and less funny, though. Actually no, Duane Dibley was funny.
