It's also the kind of place the IRA used to like to stash weapons and explosives!!Smaug wrote:

My hometown has a population of less then 2000. Due to building restrictions it can never grow either. Elementary school sucked because it was the same 25 kids all the way to 8th grade.
is singapore small? lol
The secret was when chuy had a hardon for me and was banning me on site.Cougar wrote:

I'm from a medium sized town. I've milked cows and rode the neighbors horse.
I live in L.A. which is a area of about 12 million people or more with all the counties.
I think he's over it now so I've linked my stats again, which reveal who I REALLY am!
I grew up on a farm in a small little village with like 10 houses. We had 6 miles to the closest store, still have. Im gonna move back as soon as there is possibel to get a 8Mb line there. But that will probably take a couple of years. My father and mother lives there, and my sister is moving back up. So im gonna start building a house soon so its ready untill we get something better than dial-up.
Haha, hell no, it's packed tight as sardines. Although you get bonus points if you've never been off of it.jkohlc wrote:

Atwood, Oklahoma (Cougar's original patch of dirt) has a population of 113 people according to the 2000 US census, good god that's small. I don't even think it has enough pople for Michael Myers to kill and still be satisfied. Also "For every 100 females there were 151.1 males" in 2000. That's a 60% male majority, no wonder you left, you can probably name 80% of the people living in the town. Please tell me they attend a larger, regional high school and don't just have 3 kids a grade.
I'm from Georgetown, MA, USA, a town with two sets of traffic lights that's crawling towards 8000 people. That's not that big and it's not extremely populous, but it's in the Greater Boston metro area so although some surrounding towns laugh at us it isn't small or rural at all by American standards. Besides, I'll be in DC soon for school anyway.

But yeah we didn't have a high school. I had to ride a bus 12 miles to Allen to go to a Class A high school. Allen isn't much bigger, around 1500 or so I guess, but I had 22 people in my graduating class. There was a twon named McLish a few miles away that had 3 people in it's graduating class the same year I graduated. I remember reading about it in the paper and thinking to myself, "heh hicks". Some of the kids in my class had names like Jeb, Chase, Ronald-Dean, Andy-Jo, Jethro, etc etc. I'm so glad my mom didn't name me something retarded like that...

This is were I grew up. It is a place called Newman and is the site of the largest open cut iron ore mine in the world. Unfortunately it is in the middle of fucking nowhere. Perth is the closest city and that is about 12-15 hours drive away.
