I have $3,03 in my iTunes account from a gift card and I dont' planning on putting much more than $,97 from a credit card if I have to onto the account. My request of you is to recommend me some music that I could get for that amount up to $4/3,99. I'm more into getting whole albums in comparison to single songs. So preferably those. But if there's a good single, that'd work too.

Get something that you won't be able to buy/download anywhere else.
For example, for several years me and my brother have been searching all over the world (literally) for Mr. Orange, this Japanese band. We saw their video on MTV twice, and that was it. Disappeared forever. Even their site is outdated. We've been trying to get our hands on their album Jambalaya, or at least just Sharks and Punks, the song we saw on TV. Finally the only copy we got is from a video off YouTube, but we've searched everywhere and we can't find it. Even Japan.
If iTunes had it, I would definately spend it on that.
