I liked all of them. Voted for Doom2 but all of them were good in their day.
EDIT: So I decided to look around for some copies of those games and what do I find? Doom RPG. There is a Doom RPG out there. Albeit for mobile phones, but still, there is a turn based Doom RPG.

What is really funny is none of those games are abandonware yet. I can think of a ton of games that came out after those games that are abandonware, but none of the FPS games are.

Doom, Heretic, and Duke Nukem were all pretty sweet. I used to play Doom and Nukem pretty often, and occasionally played Heretic. Wolfenstein BEATS THEM ALL!!!!

Duke Nukem. That was one of my favorite games of all time. Jetpacking around was so much fun.
