Hah! Dragonball Z! That's how I started my cartooning 'career,' by drawing DBZ characters. Man, I look back on them now and they look so shitty. The character "Tyferra", (where my name comes from,) was originally drawn DBZ style. Now of course he's evolved into the guy in my sig, but good times... good times.

Even though Im a Director of a family business I like to use my job title/description of "Commercial Artist" - to be blunt im a sign maker. Commercial Artist my arse. Thats about the closest I come to seing my name in the same sentance as art.

yes MK, very proud of my work and I have to be creative, Im lucky to the extent that rarely will the same job appear twice, when it does I dont pull one off the shelf (beg ya pardon vicor) I have to make it the same way as last time.
We emply guys here who could create fantastic art using brushes but I could match them, beat them in how long it takes and my method will last longer. Marvellous I hear people say!. Well not really because now if you want to make signs you dont need 20 years experience with a brush you need a pc.

I only have one because I use it to control my CAD system. The one I have is an A3 but you can get away with an A6 which is around £200, does the same job, you just have to digitize in sections and stick them together.
