Yeah the "UxTheme Multipatcher" ownz, just google it, I'd recommend version 4.0 because the 5.0 didn't work for me. It makes your windows able to activate themes even if they are not from Microsoft. And I have the theme "Windows Recall 6.4" [the Server-Edition], that can be found on rockthis.de. Not too hard to download even if you can't speak German.
