Basically he asked the muscle men in America to squeeze their ass cheeks and the guys were like "FUCK YEAH!" So they did things like that, squeeze their pecks, flex, take off their shirts, show their ass to the camera and stuff like that and the guys thought that they were going to be shown to women or something.
Then Bruno (he plays 3 characters, Ali-G, Borat and Bruno) asked them to deliver a message to Austria's gay television. The guys all turned red and are like "FUCK NO MAN, WE AIN'T GAY. NO WAY MAN WHAT THE FUCK WAS THIS." It's brilliant...
