the only thing i like about comcast is the free NHL broadcasting.

that's also the only thing i know about them anyway.

I have Comcast and I hate them. But I can't complain about their service in my area. I rarely on hold for more than a few minutes, they keep their appointments and cust service are usually nice people. I can't comment on their techs though. I'm not an idiot and can replace my own modem.

But their prices are just too high, and I will drop them like a bad case of the crabs when Verizon puts fiber in my house.
