I take my ASVAB and Pysical today, then my audition on the 28 for the US Army, base band. Its a pretty sweet deal, When I leave boot camp im going to be an E-4 Specialist. Then I get to do 6 months of A school at the Army music academy in Fort Meade (it's a little fuzzy that may not be right). I also get a 5 grand signing bonus becuase playing trombone is a civilian aquired skill. I can't wait to get on with this, it will be the best thing I will ever do.
But if you don't play an instrument(lol), I would join the Navy, I have a friend that is in Japan right now, and he goes to Thailand or Seoul Korea alot, and he is haveing a blast and getting to see alot of really cool stuff.
