does anybody know a good piece of software to decode (convert) an mpeg4 which is an video file into a mp3 file. A free one and thats good also?

anyway. maybe some of the better video editing programs could do it. they split the audio and video for editing so maybe they could export thme seperatly too.
most of them have free trials. adobe premier for example. otherwise i got no idea. maybe google "extracting audio from mpeg4"
