With all the killing we need to stop and let our humanity out with poetry about the battlefield. All applicants will be judged, and the winner gets a round trip vacation for two, to loveley downtown Bagdad. Guests will recieve a 5 night, 4 day vacation including camel rides, oil refinery tours, car bomb building workshop, and of course, my favorite, VIP pass to Club Shock and Awe, where all the women wear hoods, so you dont need to spend a lot for Beer Goggles.

Here is my entry...

Roses are red
Violets are blue

and your mother too.

in the hangar the bomber gleams
apparition from my dreams
equipped with guns and laser beams
to rain death on the other team

i make a dash towards my prize
and could hardly believe my eyes
for once i'm the first to arrive
soon i'll be hurtling through the sky

into the cockpit i happily hop
but my takeoff is rudely stopped
on the runway sits a spec ops
move out of my way he will not

from his mouth profanities spew
"how dare you fly when jets are few?
you plane whore bitch ass russian jew!
get out of my plane you fucking noob!"

i shut his comments from my ears
despite all the jests and jeers
yet he won't quit when i'm so near
so down he lays by my landing gears

as i take off the moron dies
i think "that's what you get you stupid guy"
but just as i roar off into the sky
"you've been banned for TK, goodbye!"

in BF2 that's just another day
of fourteen year olds being gay
fifty for the game i shouldn't have paid
better to find a whore and get laid

the end.

The Arm Chair Warrior

Along comes a game,
Named Battlefield 2.
My wife is gone,
And my life is through.

I play all day,
And work all night.
If you look at my stats,
They are just "all-right".

Dalian, Daqing, Sharqi, Songhua;
Maps of places that I will some-how..
Try to conquer with my skills,
Watching the meter's and my kills.

Run here, run there,
Never a moment of rest.
If I care and am lucky,
I'll have a medal for my chest.

Finally the time comes to pass,
My favorite chair is stuck to my ass,
I must get to bed - the time is late,
I’m a BF2 soldier and that’s my fate.

Medical Trials

I stood upon a runway bare,
But wait! There's twenty more blokes there!
Standing in a wavy line
Shooting each other from time to time

The heli and the jets long gone
I thought it best to tarry on
and so I found an unmanned jeep
I gave the horn a resounding 'peep!'

'No Sir!' Bravely called the men
Stood in the hanger in rows of ten
The chests swelled up with impatient pride
And Oh Look! The commander, trying to hide!

So I headed of down the dusty road
Tring to rmember to always reload
A soldier jumps under my wheels with skill
And punished me for that 'lame teamkill'

So being a medic, and a helpful chap
I decide to help him with his misshap
I drag him back from Death's waters deep
And the f~@:ker went and stole my jeep!

In the shadows I wait
Watching the helpfull bait
Distant shots rage a-far
While spotting the racing enemy car.

I see the flag goes down
Zoom in I will
There hides another clown

Silent as the night

Find myself a place
where danger, I will not face.

It seems im not the only one
A medic crosses my sight
I zoom in and think "This guy's done."
A shot and a flash of light
Brings the soldier to an unfortunate end
From the holy sniper wich God has send.
