To all you American who think that you stopped the Germans, YOU didn't the idea that you stopped Germany is a cold war idea and since the cold war is over, i think that we all need to recognize that the D-Day landings didn't change the course of the war it wasn't the beginning of the end as we are told.
Why i say this you might ask, because Hitler had close to 300 divisjons on the Eastern front he had just 50 on the western front. The soviet union were a bigger threat then the western allies, and they were winning the war just fine without the landing on D-Day.
Now before you all start to give me -karma. Know that I'm NOT writing this as an anti American post I'm writing it because its time to recognise that the war was won by the blood of the Soviet people.
