Do  keyboards in different countries have a different money sign if you have like say euros instead of $?
Just a fun question.

€ (on the E key), £ and $.

I don't think they'll ever get the $ off, since it's a character which also serves other purposes than currency.

Okay, the "Alt", I get.  The "+E", I get.  But "Gr"?!  wtf?

And will Canada do?

My $ is on the key next to the top of ENTER, along with its buddies * (as the shift) and ] (as the alt).
£ is the shift on the key below that, he hangs around with µ (the primary character) and ` (the alt which some of u might think is a speck of dust on yer monitor).

Apparently you don't have 2 alt keys on your keyboard: regular Alt and Alt Gr. Alt Gr is used to select the third character on keys.

Ahh... no.  Only two characters per key here.  What does the "Gr" stand for / represent?  "Gree"?  "Grird"?  "Grertiary"?

Is there something blindingly obvious I'm missing?  If there is, I'm blaming it on lack of sleep.  Poor Serbia -- they're getting werked!

Alt Gr 4 - €

like you said Alt Gr for the third letter of a key, but what the gr is i cant remember.
I think my home keyboard has a yen on it as well.

Okay, apparently the Gr means Graphic.  Hhmph.  I like Grertiary better.

UseOfWeapons, is your name an Iain M. Banks reference?

I do know that some of the keys are in different places on British keyboards than on American keyboards.
For example, characters such as the ampersand (@) and tilde key (~)
Other than that, most keyboards are the same, but countries with different languages have different boards.
