Any reason why we never heard of this type of rampant abuse during the Florida hurricanes...you know Florida, the state that gets hit about 4 times a year with hurricanes??

I got my theories, anyone wanna guess what they are?

I don't even have to read the link to know what it's about, alot of that money ended up here in atlanta at strip clubs and the armani exchange, I was born in Miami and still go often, there are houses tore up all over the place and here cane season has started again, yet Miami doesn't whine bitch and moan, could it be because they realize that.....I dunno.....hurricanes are a part of living on the East Coast and the Gulf, which Florida is nestled neatly between.
