24 Season 5 ending (don't read if you haven't seen them! :) )

So, I just watched the 2 final episodes of 24 Season 5.

I thought, finally all will come together, and I can finally get a good night sleep.

Now Jack get's captured??? NOOOOO

Man there goes my night rest, how do they keep doing that, and guess, I have to wait (like all) untill the first of January of 2007 for the next season, while Jack is on a boat to Shanghai, HOW DO THEY EXPECT ME TO SURVIVE THAT TIME???

Well, I just had to let this out, anyone here to sympathise my thoughts?

BTW I hope they will make a nice prequell as they did for Season 5!

Lucky. I also like the show. havent missed one show during season 5. i was also suprised by the ending. By the way is Keifer Suterland going to be replaced?? I heard something about it but i am not sure?

I'm a huge fan of 24. Started watchin it the 5th episode in during season 3...and how that episode ended with a cliffhanger, I vowed never to watch another episode. 2 or so years later, still stuck on it. Have all the DVD box sets. Watched seasons 1 and 2 in about 3 weeks, a few episodes everynite to catch up so I could find out who Nina Meyers was (that bitch).

Regardless, I really like how the finale went. Everyone whos a fan that saw how season 4 ended knew the Chinese wouldn't be left out after Jack resurfaced...the Chinese know all. Alot is left for next season. The earpiece ppl for starters. Dam...the possibilities are endless really. I thought the wait for season 5 was torture...I won't make it 7 more months...

I just started watching the show from the final 4 episodes of last season and now I have pretty much been caught up on the whole show and I even rented and beat the game. I can't wait for the next season.

Quite some fans around here, man I can't understand that there are people who don't like it...

Cougar, I thought that every season is improvised, in the meaning that the developers, when they make episode 4, they don't have a clue of what episode 24 will look like, so which one is true?

From what I've heard...The main plot, or most of it, is planned at the beginning of the season...then as it progresses, there are usually changes based on other ideas or viewers thoughts and suggestions. Somethin like that.

...I'm sure there are already ideas for season 6, but I really doubt anything is final seeing as there are 7 months til the premiere. Oh...and even if you DO know anything cougar...I personally don't care, I'd rather be surprised.
