ya i was playing that map with the stormy weather, EVERYSINGLE person spawned at the heli pads 32 people TKing for new vechs, its really lame

Ugly: Afterburner on turbine engines? Or was this removed?

I agree with most of this.  I think the 2 bomb thing can be good or bad so I  wouldn't put it under bad nor good.  The main thing is that the second any mobile AA spots you it will unleash all four missiles, and only 3 of those must hit to kill you.  I don't think that the AA should be nerfed, but the planes should get more armor and the whole runway should repair your plane and not that little spot above the hangar.

There was afterburner in some pre-release screenshots, glad to see that's out of there.

At first I couldn't hit jack with the bombs in the A-10 (I normally fly the bombers with a normal bombing run and know exactly when to drop my bombs)m but I had some practice I dive bomb with the A-10 and the other new planes, and drop all 4 bombs at once and it is very effective. I also got a few kills with the gun mostly infantry, jeeps, Helli's and the other plane, but I have nailed 2 AA vehicles with it

A10 advantages:

+ very manuverable
+ 4 bombs anti-armor that are dropped parallel to each other
+ a hell of an MG

A10 disadvantages:

- i don't know any


The A10 is rather unbalanced in my opinion. Who cares if you are slow if you have no fast oponent behind you (a10 or mig)?!? You can fly smooth through the map, and the only thing you have to fear is the AA. But all maps have the great possibility to escape them very easy by flying at the border of the map. The dropping system in 2 bombs is cool in my opinion. 90% of the time i drop them in two charges, because 4 bombs makes no sense versus just one tank for example. You got a little delay before dropping the last two bombs, so if you hit with the first ones, you can't hit with the last ones..and if you hit with the last two bombs...the first hit nothing. So i try to aim the first bombs perfectly and sometimes i got a full hit and the tank is history (40%), then i do a short loop and place the second charge...than the tank definitely is dead (95%)...even i he gets out and repairs or has two crates...nevermind, the loop takes 10 seconds. much better than dropping all bombs and missing at least two of them.

Other scenario is when you got more vehicles (2 or even 3) stick together. This a a reason for dropping them all...or if you are a good experienced pilot you can fly up to 200 metres and attack in a very sharp angle. if you drop the 4 bombs in this hard angle, they all hit almost the same spot. But there could be difficulties in getting the plane up again and not crashing it.

I flew the A10 5-6 times i think, so im not a pro...and i was shot down just twice (both AA). In this 6 times i made about 200 kills...and i'm not a good pilot, just average. So it has to be very imbalanced

And they are spread apart...

EA definately nerf'd the A-10, it makes me cry at night...

It doesnt make sense that the F-15 (A fighter jet) makes a better bomber than the A-10.
