ok there is like some comic relief music for a quick second but for the most part if this doesnt make you want to become a part of the BF2 Air Force I dont know what will.

There wasnt a lot of dogfighting because I mainly just wanted to do a bombing demonstration. But as you can see I am too stuck on dive bombing.

Thanks to ronin|Hitman I re calibrated my bombing aproaches and drop the first two with a level nose and dip the nose for the last two. You will see a part where I am in the frog foot and I get ALL FOUR bombs to land in the same spot on the highway overpass on Operation Road Rage.

Again I hope you all like it, its nothing like the mock video I threw together just to show off the mod to someone who was curious to buy it.

LOL its the first time I have been able to fly anything in my server after getting my x52 dialed in again. I've been out of the air for weeks thanks to a malfunction of my equipment... (computer joystick for the ladies lol)

I saw another video of AF yesterday and noticed that he didn't change the cockpit view either. Is this disabled in AF or are you just into the realism thing? Thanks for making the video, btw.

It's not really a matter of realism, its more of holding me back from doing dumb shit. When you're flying hud only you dont realize how close you are to the ground until you explode... If you cant see the floor it makes you not want to point your nose at it.

There are jets that I fly with the cockpit off and thats strictly for dogfighting. But for bombing purposes I play in cockpit only so I keep a steady approach w/o going too low to get hit by my own payload.

I dunno maybe someone else does the same thing. But the other jet I have to fly with cockpit on is the typhoon because its hud is high up too.

Hmmm... "I see", said the blind man. I'll give that a try. I dunno, though. Personally, I think I'm going to find that view too constricting. I have had a rash of accidental rams lately, so maybe the cockpit view will reduce this. I always feel like such a tool after ramming an enemy.

Nice vid, wasn't impressed with the dogfighting though. You barely stay on the guys path and if he would have been clever enough to just turn against your direction when you cut his path you would have lost him.

I am not impressed with the dogfighting either. The a10 has SUPERIOR manuverability where the Su-39 cannot nose down into a dogfight, it does it slower. I either mentioned that here or somewhere else! So you always have to assume where the pilot is going. Obviously I was up against a mouse pilot each time, anyone with a joystick would've gone into an endless half loop to avoid me. The video's purpose was completely for DROPPING BOMBS. If I wanted to make a dogfighting video I would've just posted one of my older videos pre GODLIKE aa where I do all air combat with machine guns only.

I dont understand why you're being so condesending about the video as if I insulted your avionic skills or something like that. This isnt a dick measuring contest.

not a bad video... im not sure i understand how covering 30% of ur screen with a useless cockpit could help you? i guess im just old fashioned... when i first bought bf2 and got in a jet/heli, the first thing i did was turn the cockpit off.
