erm no because this doesnt offend muslims or have anything to do with them except its to do with a pig which is apparently sacred in islam...o well...

Yes it's a show for little kids and the pig always farts, didn't know they made cartoons about it, so I think it's a parody not quite sure.
As for the global belgian iq going down, that is a typical demeaning Dutch comment. Like you said yourself, Dutch tv stations also broadcast the show so the IQ argument should also apply to u eh?

And the cartoon that the muslims got offended by was just a set of pictures (12?) of the profet muhammed.
It didnt have anything to do with pigs....or farting.
