I'm in a dorm, and we have certain internet restrictions, like the website where EF authenticates, and that makes it almost impossible for me to play it, except when at home over the weekends. I tried by-passing the proxy, but it just isn't worth the trouble I get into by the dorm-parents. Does AF do this too? Is there anyway changing the authentifictation site?

Don't you have a way to authenticate your computer on the network and open all ports to you? That's how it is at my school. They still cap our up/down transfers, but at least I can play any game I want. See what the tech people at your school have to say.
I talked to the tech guy to get the authentification site (I tracked it) and the EA downloader port unblocked...now all I have to do is wait...sure hope he does this...otherwise I'm pretty much screwed and wasted money on the gamesGuestHead wrote:
