No doubt on the MOUT side. Marines are much more equiped. "With the gear, in the rear" isn't just a saying in the Army. The best MOUT trained Army soldiers are prob 10th Mountain and we've all seen Blackhawk Down. Rangers fight a good fight, but they have a different style than Marines.
