I was playing all three maps last night and they were GREAT...  Lots of nooks and cranny's to hide in!!

I did notice that the Jets fly pretty slow with no afterburners and no missles..  The AA pretty much rocks against all air vehicles!!!  I got my veteran Air Defense last night by shooting every jet and heli down that came across my path (even w/ flares)...

I think EA could have added a little more speed to the jets to help them evade the AA a little better, but for the most, if you use your height to your advantage, you can gain more speed / momentum and get out of dodge quicker after deploying your bombs..

Wanted to add, the cannon on the Warthog sounds AWESOME...  The frogfoot and other jet are uniquely different.

are the mguns very powerfull on it? like hit a tank anywhere and it goes BOOM within 5 secs?

Nope, I think it is just right...
This way you have to think where you will take you plane....
If you wander into enemy grounds you are toast... just as in real life... If you use the plane for defending the bases up to the overpass in road rage for instance... you have no prob with AA.

You will have to learn to fly smart.

All chopper whores will simply adore the new choppers - so agile and can take down infantry and other aircraft like no tomorrow but i think much like the A-10 and other planes the chain guns are equivalent to a knife hitting armoured vehicles (i tried taking out a n APC with a little bird and ran out of ammo - lol)

I think AF has huge potential to be a very beloved installment of BF

The Minigun on the A-10 is a little disappointing, but I guess it keeps the game in balance.  I've killed plenty of tanks with bombs, but the minigun barely does anything to them.  As for the little bird, I love it.  Its an infantry killer and if you know how to lead your target it takes down attack choppers very well.
