LoL. I don't know, because I don't know at what point our U.S. military might get uppitty in their handling. I don't really know how the ranking system of terrorist organizations run either, but, you get the idea from the parameters I've noted.

But anyways, I understand that the typical soldier does handle POW induction, but that more specialized groups handle the cases mentioned (y'know, Green Berets, Navy Seals, MFR...although I think MFR is just more reconnaissance?).
