seems like the natural evolution of all the chaotic gta online improv you get on the rp servers. people have whole lists of server-persistent characters they roleplay. a gunfight breaking out in the audience and then police showing up to put everyone down is par for the course.
getting the footage for something like this sounds like a fun way to spend a covid shutdown afternoon.
